BEING A PANEL MEMBER IN WEST DUNBARTONSHIRE
Panel members in West Dunbartonshire are expected to commit to sitting on 18 to 24 hearings sessions per year (one to two per month), and to attend 50% of the Panel’s local learning and development events. These events are normally held 8 or 9 times each year (ordinarily on Monday and Thursday evenings).
Hearings are scheduled on Monday afternoons, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons.
Note: Hearings are not currently scheduled for Monday mornings but it is possible that this slot could be re-introduced.
Hearings on Wednesdays alternate between mornings and afternoons from week to week (in the morning one week and in the afternoon the following week).
