Your feedback matters

We know that professionals who attend our hearings have valuable insight to share. We want to hear from you.

If you want to provide feedback, please complete the form below. Please do not share personal or sensitive information about children or their families.

We also know that sometimes things go wrong, and you may want to make a complaint. Our Area Support teams manage panel communities across Scotland. They usually have partnership working arrangements where you can discuss local issues.

It may be that your organisation already has arrangements in place. It is worth considering if you feel this may be more appropriate.

If you want to provide feedback or make a complaint about something else that is not related to a child’s hearing, you can still use the feedback or complaints forms to tell us what you think.

Any details you choose to share with us will be held securely and will only be used for analysis purposes to help us improve our services for children and young people. Any personal details you provide so that we can respond to your feedback will be held securely and in line with our privacy statement.

Make a complaint

If you are a professional, or someone else, you can of course make a complaint to us.
